This fun, low-impact group class is designed for adults 50 and above who want to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health in a supportive environment. Each session combines functional movements, mobility work, and light resistance training to enhance everyday performance and overall well-being. All fitness levels welcome — modifications provided for every exercise.
