The Lot is a fun and friendly Open Gym environment that offers great "old school" equipment. Lots of positive and inspiring energy in this portion of the gym.
Set in a private and comfortable section of the gym where you can achieve balance and harmony among the various aspects of Functional Wellness; the proactive approach to maintaining and improving your overall quality of health. We also offer Genetic Testing for personalized programs, personal training, health and mindset coaching along with various classes.
