Classes

Add our Class Package to an existing membership for $40 per month and receive unlimited access to all of our classes.  Call for class schedule:  309-499-4657  Classes include:  Kickboxing, Circuit, Strength & Resistance Band Training, Axel, Yoga and  Learn2 5K.

Yoga with Jen

Mondays at 5:30pm

Jen's class consist of a flow and soothing routine with a calming meditation, consistent flexibility and a boost to your physical and mental strength.  Jen makes it so comfortable and helps you ease into a routine that fits your needs.  Her passion for Yoga shines through her smile and her voice that will captivate you to love her sessions.

Circuit Class with Jason

Tuesdays at 6:45am, Wednesdays at 5:30pm

Saturdays at 9:00am

Jason will take you through a series of different exercise stations throughout the Fitness Factory.  This is a group session so you will circulate on machines and accessories during the class.  Jason's passion for fitness will motivate and hold you accountable to gain the confidence and strength you need to meet your fitness goals.  He brings a level of exciting energy to his classes where you will leave feeling amazing.

Kickboxing with Jason

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30pm

Saturdays at 10:00am

Experience a fun and educational class of boxing/kickboxing techniques with Jason.  He is extremely passionate about good health and quality fitness.  The level of energy and knowledge that Jason brings to this class will motive and drive you to want to stay true to your fitness journey.

Learn2 5K with Brad & Malin

Malin on Wednesday at 6:30am

Brad on Thursdays at 5:00pm

Designed to take you from sedentary lifestyle to running a 5K race (3.1 mi).  Our plan is to help you build at your own pace and to help you reach your goals no matter what those goals are.  The program last for nine weeks and starts with a combination of running and walking intervals, gradually increasing the time spent running until you can complete a full 5K.

Strength & Resistance Band with Stella

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30pm

Stella is a fantastic instructor in this training.  Learn proper technique, form and control of all movements.  Stella's enthusiasm, hard work and motivation are sure to inspire you.  Her positive attitude and dedication can help motivate you to push yourself and enjoy the experience even more.  Stella embodies the spirit of what makes this class so rewarding and fun.  Especially when she breaks out and dances!  This class is for all and she will modify to your needs.

Kickboxing with Stella

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 4:30pm

Axel - Lift, Burn & Move with Malin

Wednesdays at 8:00am

Fridays at 8:00am and 11:00am

Malin brings a new and exciting workout to Peoria.  This class explores the beginnings of bodyweight and light-loaded moving patterns.  This is about building strength from the ground up.
