Flow Yoga with Jen Jewel

Jen's class consist of a flow and soothing routine with a calming meditation, consistent flexibility and a boost to your physical and mental strength.  Jen makes it so comfortable and helps you ease into a routine that fits your needs.  Her passion for Yoga shines through her smile and her voice that will captivate you to love her sessions.

Axel Training with Malin Ellison

Malin brings a new and exciting workout to Peoria.  This class explores the beginnings of bodyweight and light-loaded moving patterns.  This is about building strength from the ground up.  

Jiu-Jitsu Classes

Joe and Zach are amazing instructors in this training.  Learn proper technique, form and control of all movements.  Their enthusiasm, hard work and motivation are sure to inspire you and will help motivate you to push yourself.    Classes are Sunday through Thursday from 7pm to 8pm.

5K Training with Brad Wheeler & Malin Ellison

Designed to take you from sedentary lifestyle to running a 5K race (3.1 mi).  Our plan is to help you build at your own pace and to help you reach your goals no matter what those goals are.  The program last for nine weeks and starts with a combination of running and walking intervals, gradually increasing the time spent running until you can complete a full 5K.
